Purpose

The Regulations Tracking Database is used to track regulations from the proposal stage to the adoption stage. The database also allows users to monitor public hearings on regulations.

With this database, you will be able to answer the following questions: (1) How many regulations were proposed for the month and year? (2) How many regulations were adopted for the month and year? (3) How many public hearings were scheduled by month and year?

Fields

The database includes the following 16 fields: (1) State; (2) Title; (3) Regulation ID; (4) Regulation Attachment; (5) Summary; (6) Status (Proposed, Adopted); (7) Proposed Date; (8) Adopted Date; (9) Effective Date; (10) Public Hearing Date; (11) Comment Deadline; (12) Hearing Location; (13) Contact Person; (14) Contact Phone Number; (15) Contact E-mail Address; and (16) Notes.

Reports

The database includes the following three reports: (1) Proposed Regulations Report; (2) Adopted Regulations Report; and (3) Public Hearing Calendar.
